About Us

elder.pubgapk.pro is an independent educational website that explains US personal injury law — the different types of accident and injury cases, how each is handled, and what an attorney actually does in them in plain English.

Why This Site Exists

Most people deal with a serious injury claim once in their lives, at the worst possible time, against insurance companies that handle thousands of them a year. The information gap is enormous. Much of what ranks online is written by law firms to generate phone calls, which means it is accurate about the parts that lead to a signed retainer and quiet about everything else — when you do not need a lawyer, how your own insurance policy fits in, what a settlement actually nets after liens and fees, and why the timeline is what it is.

We wanted a resource that explains the mechanics honestly, cites primary sources, and does not have a phone number at the bottom. That is what we try to be.

What We Cover

We write about the case types that make up most US personal injury practice — car, truck, motorcycle, bus, rideshare, pedestrian, and drunk-driving crashes; slip-and-fall and premises liability; workplace injuries and workers’ compensation; medical malpractice; defective products; catastrophic injuries; and wrongful death — and about how to evaluate and choose an attorney for each.

Our sister site, medicare.pubgapk.pro, covers the claims process itself — settlement negotiation, insurance coverage, damages, liens, fees, and deadlines; together the two sites are meant to give a complete, non-overlapping picture of an injury claim from the day of the accident to the day the check clears.

What We Are Not

  • Not a law firm. We do not practice law, give legal advice, or represent anyone. Nothing here creates an attorney-client relationship.
  • Not a referral service. We do not recommend, rank, or refer lawyers, and we do not accept referral fees.
  • Not an insurer or agent. We do not sell, quote, or broker insurance.
  • Not affiliated with any government agency, court, bar association, insurer, or law firm.

How We Work

Every article is researched against statutes, agency publications, court resources, and recognized nonprofits, written for a general adult reader, reviewed by an editor, and dated. We explain where rules vary by state instead of pretending one rule fits all. We use illustrative numbers and say so. We tell you when a claim probably does not need a lawyer. Full details are in our Editorial Policy.

How the Site Is Funded

elder.pubgapk.pro is supported by display advertising served automatically by third-party networks, including Google AdSense. Advertisers have no influence over our content, and an ad appearing on the site — including any ad for a law firm or referral service — is not an endorsement. We publish no sponsored content and no affiliate links. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work and how to opt out.

Our Commitment to You

  • We will cite our sources so you can check them.
  • We will correct errors promptly and transparently.
  • We will never collect or sell your information, run a quote form, or push you toward any firm.
  • We will always tell you when the right next step is a licensed attorney in your state — because for many readers it is.
