DMCA / Copyright Policy

Last updated: August 21, 2026.

elder.pubgapk.pro respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users of elder.pubgapk.pro to do the same. This policy explains how we handle claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 (“DMCA”), and how we protect our own content.

Our Content and Images

All articles on this Site are original works created by or for elder.pubgapk.pro. Photographs are used under license from stock-photography services (principally Pexels, under the Pexels License) or are in the public domain. We make good-faith efforts to ensure every image is properly licensed. If you believe an image or other material on this Site infringes your copyright, please follow the notice procedure below rather than contacting the hosting provider first — we respond quickly.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act for one) and believe material on this Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at support@elder.pubgapk.pro with the subject line “DMCA Notice.” To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), the notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, for multiple works, a representative list);
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — the full URL of the page and a description of the specific text or image;
  4. Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Consider whether the use may be fair use or otherwise permitted before sending a notice.

What Happens Next

On receipt of a valid notice we will: acknowledge it, typically within 2 business days; review the claim; remove or disable access to the material if the claim appears valid, usually within 5 business days; and, where applicable, notify the person who posted the material. We may request additional information if the notice is incomplete.

Counter-Notification

If material you posted was removed in response to a notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to support@elder.pubgapk.pro containing: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which we may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice. Under § 512(g), we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.

Repeat Infringers

Although this Site does not host user-generated content, we maintain a policy of terminating access for any contributor found to be a repeat infringer.

Reporting Theft of Our Content

If you discover our articles republished elsewhere without permission, we would appreciate a note at support@elder.pubgapk.pro with the infringing URL. Quoting short excerpts with attribution and a link is welcome; wholesale copying is not. See our Terms and Conditions for permitted uses.
